I would come back but not in a bungalow suite

The location and cleanliness throughout the resort other than the rooms

The bungalow suites had stains on the walls too many mosquitoes we had too call 3x to get towels and for them to change the sheets

Ok. Probably wouldn’t go back to this resort.

It’s a very beautiful property. It needs updating though.

It needs updating though. The pool was over crowded and very old. It didn’t feel clean. The way you have to fight for food is crazy lol. Wish it was more activities to do on the property. The pool tables were falling apart, hanging on by a thread.

The food was great because there is buffet 3 times a day and 200 options, nightly restaurants are not that good. I prefer the buffeet. The beach is great, the drinks are cheap but quite okay

There was lack of activitates, I got burnt the first day so activitates were pretty minimun. Food and drinks could have been better, but for all inlcusive it was pretty okay and tasty still The beds in shadow on the pool were running out always

Overall we had a great time asides from what we mentioned about the room not being the cleanest and the no AC in certain

So where do I start… I have so many things to stay but I’ll keep it short. I traveled with my husband and my 10 month old. Staff: I thought they were super helpful. Very attentive to our request in general. They played with my baby all the time and she loved it. Food: I saw the reviews and we were a little nervous but it was very good. My husband and I have stayed in a few all inclusive and it’s sometimes hard to get good food since it’s made in volume but we loved this one. The main buffet has a very Latin flavor and we saw plenty of options. The deserts were delicious and didn’t taste old like in other resorts we’re been. The other restaurants were delicious except the steak house where you had to pay if you truly wanted some good steak. The wasabi, Italian and the Japanese restaurant were great. We were able to get reservations for all. Drinks: they were okay. If you need stronger or lighter you just need to request it. Also, some bartenders are better at making drinks than others and it also depends how busy it is. Comfort: so this one is tricky. The lobby and other areas of the hotel don’t have any AC and that was very uncomfortable for my husband and my baby. I am used it so it was okay for me but they were pretty hot and sweaty. Entertainment: we tried to look in the app and sometimes found it hard to follow. We would ask around and it seemed that the staff weren’t very informed and didn’t guide us. My husband and I just wanted to hear some good music and we kept asking but noone would guide us. We found that the bar next to the lobby was great with music but again no AC so a little hot. We later found out that the beach had the parties but that was our last night so a little late. We loved that it was more of a family hotel and plenty of kids around.

Rooms: they looked nice but not as clean as I would have expected. Our sheets had stains but the cleaning ladies were awesome and changed them right away. We did find two cockroach and that was quite gross. I mentioned it to the front desk and all they said was thank you. There were mosquitoes in the room and this was annoying bc I had a baby. There were also little nats. This was my least favorite part of our trip but we still tried to make the best out of it.

Overall, I did enjoy myself, but I would not come back

The property is nice I was there for 4 nights started on Friday my sheets was not change until that Monday not good

Every thing was far when I did see a trolley and ask for a ride the guy said NO mind you he wasn’t doing anything but talking on the phone so I just started walking

What was the highlight of Grand Bavaro Princess

Definitely a good place for family vacations. The beach is unbelievable beautiful and clean.

The rooms are really comfortable expecially because of the smart TVs that allows you to stream anything you want. There's plenty of variety of restaurants and food so even if the quality isn't the best on meat and fish there's plenty of vegetables and rice to go thru which is quite nice. We've got to the Platinum Section which avoids you to stay in the crowded pools and restaurants by giving you your own small but never full restaurants, bars and pool. The platinum also offers you a private beach area. Majestic and peaceful as it's at the end of the entire resort with nothing besides it.

The room service is really poor. Almost trash. Not edible at certain points. At the main reception there's an old man called Esteban, really impolite sending negative vibes. Thanks god at the platinum reception they're all lovely trying to always help. The fish and the meat is really poor poor poor level.

Enjoyable trip in Punta Cana

Nice big room, comfortable bed. The staff was very nice and helpful . Beautiful location, beautiful beach,. Very clean resort and rooms, lots of beautiful landscaping and scenery at the resort. Good option of restaurants and food choices. Customer service was able to help me secure distilled water for my cpap machine at my cost. This is a great family resort, and I would definitely consider coming back with ours. There were couples there, along with us without kids and grandkids. Helpful hints: You will need lots of small bills for tipping along the way. You can make change at the lobby, but they do tend to run out of change a lot during the day, so preparing ahead is a good idea. Knowing some basic Spanish is helpful, some staff knew very little English but knowing how to say your favorite drink of choice could save time from trial and error but they will get it right..

The app for making reservations for ala cart was not the easiest to navigate and it would of been helpful to get more directions on using it at check-in (like best time to go on to make a reservation for previous night etc). A list of hours open and closed for these ala cart restaurants given to us at check-in, which would have been helpful as the app was hard to work at times for reservations. This is not an adult only, but I wished they had more adult activities at night.

Overall very nice.

It was very big, super clean and overall very nice experience there

I didn’t like their internet connection because I had to reset my network setting almost everyday because the WiFi wasn’t working properly. Also you couldn’t watch anything on TV (Netflix for example) which was a bummer too.
